- Feature your property on a wide variety of marketing platforms including Jen’s website, Century 21’s website, realtor.ca, social media and community websites;
- Coordinate viewings and follow-up with potential renters’ agents** to keep you in the loop on a regular basis (in other words, should you expect any rental applications anytime soon?);
- Help you do your du diligence with potential tenants including but not limited to:
- Evaluate tenant applications;
- Credit checks;
- Verify employment and rental history;
- Check references;
- Negotiate lease terms;
- Prepare and execute the lease;
- Collect and deliver your security deposit and other checks;
- Meet with you and your new tenant on the day of possession.
Cost for all of these services: 1 month’s rent (50% of one month’s rent goes to agents who bring clients that enter into a rental agreement with you)
